After performing a total budget evaluation, We can adjust our services to meet your design and documentation requirements to reflect realistic project costs. Our clients ultimately control any changes to the budget and estimated project costs.

Our Motto
We will not quit until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is what drives our passion for this career field. The aviation and construction industries would not progress without satisfied customers. My intent is to combine these industries so you can maintain your customer relationships.
Our Leadership
Sal is our Owner and Operator. He enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing, and fitness. He has led small teams of men and women during his military service forcing him to mature at a young age.
His work ethic can be described as a mix of a workhorse learned from the baby-boomer generation along with the efficiency and speed of the millennial generation. He has managed large, complex, multi-national teams across multiple countries to accomplish a variety of construction projects.
He has operated private small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) for years and has recently earned his Part 107 certification for Commercial sUAS operations. He is humbled to be a local defense contractor for Joint Base Charleston and looks forward to building relationships that will contribute to the success of our local war-fighters.
Sal has earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University and a M.A. in Business Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He is continually striving to be a better operator and bring swift solutions to the market demands within within the Lowcountry!
